Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom products (such as personalised or customised items) and gift cards are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements.
To start a return, please contact us at info@omagoshop.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
